A delicious content collaboration exploring Middle Eastern flavours on an iconic Australian barbecue.

When SBS Food joined forces with the legend of Aussie BBQ's, Weber, they wanted to inspire viewers to break outside their sausage and chop stables for barbecue season.

 

We created a three-part cooking series that explored a full menu's worth of Middle Eastern inspired meals, including some simple cooking and prep tips that encouraged viewers to bring some spice and tradition to their backyard grill. Starring celebrity chef, Shane Delia, alongside Weber Grill Master, Laura Romeo - the series spawned a whole season's worth of social content and recipe ideas to keep hungry bellies fed all summer long.
